Our practice includes negotiated underwriting and placement services, as well as financial consulting services. Our professionals have acted as an underwriter to numerous state and local governments; public school districts; student loans, and housing issuers; healthcare, transportation, and utility agencies; airports and special purpose districts and industrial development bonds. Further, the firm has been expanding its expertise in the area of renewable and alternative energy project finance, including assisting clients in raising tax equity for these projects as appropriate.

  • CPC has municipal security underwriter staff with over 45 years of combined market experience and is capable of providing all aspects of our clients’ municipal security business expectations.

  • CPC’s minority business enterprise (MBE) status may help issuers receive an added benefit of meeting national, state, and/or local government mandates for minority participation.

  • In 2015, our team completed 9 municipal underwriting deals
